The Job Search Support Group is a gathering for individuals who are currently looking for employment. The group provides a supportive and collaborative environment for participants to discuss their job search experiences, share resources and strategies, and hold each other accountable for taking action towards their job search goals.

• Open to all job seekers, regardless of industry or career level
• Facilitated by a trained career coach or counselor
• Small group format for a more personalized and supportive experience
• Confidential, safe space and non-judgmental enviornment to discuss job search struggles and triumphs

🎯 Goals:

• To provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to discuss their job search experiences and challenges
• To facilitate the sharing of resources, strategies, and advice among group members
• To motivate and encourage group members to take action towards their job search goals

📒 Structure and Agenda: 

• Participants are encouraged to bring any job search materials (resumes, cover letters, job listings, etc.) to share with the group for feedback and advice
• Group members will set job search goals for themselves each week and report back on their progress at the following session
• The group will discuss and share job search strategies and tactics, such as networking, applying to job openings, and preparing for interviews
